BOB LIPINSKI Bob Lipinski, a Certified Sommelier, is Vice President-Brand Management and Education for Grapes On The Go, Inc., "A Cutting Edge Beverage Marketing Management Group." He is also the Dean of U.S. and International Studies of the Epicurean Institute, which offers "sommelier" and "culinary" study both in Italy and the United States. Bob is the author of four books-The International Beverage Dictionary, Professional Beverage Management, The Complete Beverage Dictionary, and Professional Guide To Alcoholic Beverages. Bob was also a college professor of Hotel, Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts at N.Y. Institute of Technology and a visiting professor at the Culinary Institute of America. I have television and radio experience as a host, writer, and guest. I have worked as a consulting winemaker and grape-grower, and, am a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
