I am pleased with this book and the many recipes. I enjoyed the history and legend very well. This book gives comparison to the elderberries and grapes. I can't believe how healthy this wild fruit is. It's all in the book, very imformative. If you are interested in making any Elderberry or Elderflower goodies then this book is for you. I live in Southern Ohio where elderberries are plentiful. I will get much enjoyment from this book, as will you.
