We bought this for our 3 1/2 year old for Christmas. He's enjoying it very much, and I think that our 16 month old and Daddy are both enjoying singing in it just as much! It has been a lot of fun for our whole family. The sound isn't super high quality, but you can hear yourself singing and that is the point. It's nice that the microphone stand adjusts to different heights and that the microphone is removable from the stand. There is no volume control, but I don't think the volume is excessive. This product is just what we were looking for in a cheap, child's microphone. We're very satisfied with it at this point.

This is a fun toy. However, I realized after I opened the box that the toy contains lead. Not sure where the lead is...on the inside vs. the outside. I have two small children and I don't want to take any chances with their health. I'm sending it back.

I looked at the microphones online and chose this one because of the reviews and price. My 4 year old loves it! She drags it all around the house and breaks out in random performances. Trust me, the sound is LOUD and clear. Plus, the lights and sound effects work great! I think it is a good purchase!

I got this for my 3 year old for Christmas. The piece that holds the mic to the microphone broke off on Christmas day. My daughter has to hold the mic really close to her mouth in order to hear her voice over the speaker. Its kind of boring, the applause and flashing lights and Thank you. She rarely plays with it and this is a child who likes to sing and be the center of attention.

It's gotten a lot of play time since Christmas day - it seems durable, easy for a 3 year old to operate, lots of fun.

We ordered this microphone w/ stand based on the price. It said we were going to get a blue one, but we ended up with a pink one. It didn't matter. We kept it anyway. She loves to sing in it and play with the mic. The sound is really good and so far it has been pretty durable. Overall, it is exactly what she wanted and loves it.

My daughter really likes to play with this. She loves to put on 'shows' and it's fun for her to have a microphone. The sound quality isn't the best, but it's durable, the lights are a nice effect, and the audience sounds are cool, too.

I bought one of these for my 3 year old son and he loves it. Anytime his friends and our relatives come over (kids age vary from 2-9) they play with this for hours. I HIGHLY recommend it to all ages. One of his friends turns 6 Saturday and plays it with when she visits so we bought one for her too. She loves to sing at church so this will be perfect.

Really cute microphone! Some people said about the height but my daughter is taller than the avergage 3 yr old and she loves it. I love how you can change the disco ball to do different lighting and it shuts itself off after so long if your child forgets too. My daughter loves her microphone :)

My mother bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves it. It doesn't have the best sound thru the mic but it doesn't matter because he is so adorable when he puts on a show.
