This is by far one of the best CD's I've ever invested my money or listening time into! Smooth, spiritful, beautiful and downright fantastic! Arrangements, delivery and continuity are soooooo wonderful! In my opinion, its pretty close to perfection!

There is no need to break this CD down track by track because every song is exceptional. I confess that track 13 "Angel" moves me tears! Its one of those songs that reaches down into your soul and strokes your spirit. It makes you yearn for that one person that loves you unconditionally. That one person that stands by you, in spite of all your faults and self-doubts! And such a person, must surely be sent to you by a Father of Love, as Mr. Stoddart states!

This gentleman has an absolutely beautiful voice...he doesn't over strain and he doesn't over do it! There are no over the top productions and no unecessary fillers on this CD. Simply put, its wonderful and beautiful!

Bravo! Bravo! Bravo!

I highly recommend "Wings To Walk This Road". When I first heard Track No. 10 titled "You Will Never Know", I was so moved. It was if God was speaking directly to me through these powerful lyrics. I knew this was the case when I read the verse in Jeremiah that inspired this song. I'm on a personal mission to spread the word about Brother Stoddart's latest CD. I have already purchased 3 copies to share with friends. I know that this CD will lift, inspire and encourage those who buy it. Treat yourself to this powerful collection of songs.

I bought this CD based solely on the song "Have You Ever Been Lonely?" Now that I've listened to the CD, I'm truly impressed. I've never heard of this gentleman, but he has definite skills!! (What is truly special is that many of the songs have scriptural references.) If you like the musical genre "neo-soul", coupled with words of hope, love, faith and redemption, you'll love this album.

This is an excellent album by John. I discover John on a TV show and have not stopped playing his CD yet. I love "Angel" and many, many others on this CD. I wish my local status will play him. I recently saw John on TVONE so I'm hoping the exposure will bring a live performance in the Mid-west. You cant go wrong with this CD. Listen to it before and after work. You will truly be blessed. this is one of the most technically flawless albums ive ever heard... and that might be its biggest weakness!

i'd feel like a snake to give this anything less than the five stars it deserves, but on the other hand, this hasnt yet made it into heavy (or even medium) rotation in my cd player... not yet... but works wonderfully well as the soundtrack to sunday dinner with mama anem.
fits in perfectly between my smokey robinson and rahsaan patterson cds.

You will not go wrong in buying this CD. Track 13 (Angel) is my favorite song.

Some things have a such a way of coming into our lives or how things work out for us... And for me, this CD is one of them. If it were not for Zeocast, I may have completely missed the opportunity to hear John Stoddart singing "ANYTHING". His voice and the words to this song are incredibly powerful! Fortunately I found the link to Amazon to review and buy the CD from. This is so unlike me (I rarely have the time, or the opportunity to buy CD's), but I just had to have this CD!

Just as our eyes are "the windows to our soul" this music is much more!
Simply put, there are really no words that can best describe well enough how absolutely OUTSTANDING the entire CD truly is! Listening to the words, the music, and the feeling heard through John's incredible voice, is truly not only a spiritual experience, but heavenly to the ears and to the heart to all that hear it!

He is such a great artist and truly one of my favorite gospel artists. I actually seen him perform at our church @ Hopewell 'cuz he's has the most powerful and spiritual messages in his words and music. Just to say he sounds most like my mainstream artist I listen to: Brian McKnight, Teddy Pendergrass, Jaheim, a lil Luther, a lil Stevie Wonder, and a bit of a Donny Hathaway or Smokie Norful. I'm blessed he's still living 4 God and taking his lead into the next level. Praise John Stoddart 4 much work on this album which I'll go pick ASAP. Thank u John Stoddart for helping me out thru my struggles I faced right now 'cuz now I'm a changed man and I never turning back. PRAISE GOD!!!

If you haven't noticed, the reviews consistently sing the John's & this project's praises. This CD is more. Stoddart is inspired by the Spirit. Although the CD demonstrates the artist's touch in each song, the Artist is in each tune. Each song has hit me one way or another after 7 months of listening to it. Enjoy and get ready to be lifted up.
