I don't do the tanning bed anymore and haven't for years. But I use an LED light. I hate the goggle things. The band never fits right and they ALWAYS cause raccoon eyes (even when they say they don't). These are very light and stick to the skin well. With the googles I couldn't watch t.v. because there were super dark and a tiny hole to look through. These of course look like madonna cone bra boobs on my eyes but I can see everything right through them. Plus they also protect my eyes from the IR light too. I would recommend these to anyone using the LED light or a tanning bed...or even laying out in the sun if you don't want to wear sunglasses.
