Great Little Unit
Installed this unit on a rental property with a well pump. Wired a second unit in parallel for the hot water heater in the utility room. The controller is then wired through a pump controller to disable the pump if it senses water on the floor from a leak. Works great and easy to install and test.

Good as an exact replacement
I purchased this as an exact replacement for an existing Waterbug Water Sensor. I will not comment on the Waterbug's effectiveness compared with competing products because I do not know about other water sensors. The Waterbug Water Sensor that I replaced operated properly for six (6) years.
