A few years ago, I wrote a management book, "The Super Supervisor" that has been phenomenally successful but in my heart, I wanted to write something to help inspire my peers, the employees. I remember 40 years as an employee; we were all down there in the factory fighting it out in the trenches, trying to make ends meet. We all felt like losers, but I have learned that everybody is a winner if they are doing the best they can with whatever they have, where they are. And that if we do this, God would not leave us where we were. That he has something better for all of us. We just need to THINK bigger. In this book I have told them HOW to do this. God did not appoint losers and winners. Those who feel they are losers just haven’t been told this in a way they can understand. Anyone who reads this book will understand.
