A great story: Pooh is so busy gathering up his friends' wish lists for Santa that he forgets to include his own. After retrieving the list and adding his own desires, he realizes he's late getting it where it needs to go. Off he goes to the North Pole on Christmas Eve, with pals Eeyore, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit, and Christopher Robin missing him. --Tom Keogh

4.0 out of 5 stars A must-see movie for Pre-Schoolers!, January 22, 1999

This review is from: Winnie the Pooh and Christmas Too [VHS] (VHS Tape)
"Winnie-the-Pooh and Christmas, Too" is a fine example of how specials based on other books or movies SHOULD be made. The spirit of Winnie-the-Pooh is captured nicely and the animation is exceptional. Even if the simple story seems more childish than child-like at times, it is worth watching if only to see Eeyore hanging from a Christmas tree as an ornament sadly droning "Fa la la la la la la"!

Winnie The Pooh, everyone's favorite bear, has a Christmas special too! In the video,Pooh was busy at thinking up things that he wanted, but everyone else had, like Eeyore wanted an umbrella,Tigger wanted a bounce spring, and Rabbit wanted a bug swatter. And Christopher Robin wanted a sled.Pooh had to take a letter to the North Pole asking for honey. But unfortanetly,he failed, but everyone got their presents.

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best movies ever made, February 8, 2005
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Winnie the Pooh and Christmas Too [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I grew up on Winnie the Pooh and it still remains one of my favorite series. The voice actors are wonderful, I always found Pooh's voice so soothing and calm. He reminded me of Mr. Rodgers who I loved, as I was never a fan of Sesame Street. Even though now I am an old teenager (I only thought a kid's review would be appropriate here)I still love this show and encourage kid's of all ages to watch it. When I first saw this special, I was only a few years old but I loved it. It is by far the best Pooh movie. A Christmas Classic for all ages (along with the snowman). It is so wonderful to have such great friends at pooh corner!
