Although it's part of Disney's popular Sing Along series (lyrics appear on the screen), this video plays like another episode of Pooh, and that's good news. Pooh wakes one morning and wonders why he doesn't have his own song (I guess the theme song doesn't count). He visits his friends, accompanied by 45 nonstop minutes of song. The new video contains only five of the "classic" Pooh songs; most of the songs come from Pooh's later adventures. --Doug Thomas

This Pooh Video Sing Along is perfect for entertaining kids. My 2 year old daughter loves this and never gets tired singing to "The Kangaroo Hop", "Winnie the Pooh", etc. The tunes are catchy and danceable. In fact, my daughter sings AND dances to the music!
My personal favorite is "The Wonderful Thing About Tiggers", fast and lively! I've almost memorized this song.
Recommended for kids 2 to 92!

I purchased this video for my 20 month old son. He is in love with it. He would like to spend his every waking hour watching "pooh". We have purchased some of the other Winnie the Pooh series videos, but he won't even sit through 3 minutes of them and cries until we put the Sing A Song with Pooh video in. I'v logged on here now to purchase a new copy, my sons love for the video has lasted longer than the tape could. Great Job Disney!

My two triplet sons started watching this video when they were 18 months old. Now, four months later, they are still fascinated by it. Winnie the Pooh and his friends keep them entertained for short periods while their parents do other things. However, the joyful songs are fun for adults, too. The boys love to dance while I sing "The Kangaroo Hop" for them. I give a copy of the video to my friends who are new parents.

I thought the songs in this video were great, classic Pooh songs I remember from when I was little. Sure, I could tell the animation was patchy, clips taken from other cartoons, but you know what? It was some of the best money I've ever spent, my 21 month old son loves it very much and that's what matters most! After all, I got it for his enjoyment, and as much as he watches it, I think it deserves 5 stars! :-)

My 4 month old LOVES this video. We have it running over and over. Even in the middle of a big cry - he'll turn and watch Winnie. Its great for younger babies because its almost all music, which is essential for a short attention span. Its the best video we've bought for him!

I would not recommend this video. Disney should be disappointed in itself for realeasing this substandard work. The animation was poor and did not seem to match in places--almost as if previous works were edited together with the new material surrounding the songs. The songs were not very cute and the characters appeared to have a hard time in singing and keeping in tune with the music. I have purchased other sing along videos from Disney and believe that these are put together much better than this Pooh video despite the fact that most of their material has been recycled from other movies and cartoons.

Our 16-month child requests this video several times every day. She requests this video whenever she sees a blank television screen or computer monitor. She names the characters and dances the kicks with the chorus line at the big finale. The adult in me wanted better animation and more traditional Pooh songs but the parent in me is just thrilled to see such joy in my daughter's face every time.

It has good music though it lacks in quality of animation. My 21 months old loves it.
