J. Mark Munoz is a business professor and Chairman of international management consulting firm - Munoz and Associates International. A former Visiting Fellow at Harvard University, he has also earned advanced academic degrees and attended post-graduate studies in the Philippines, Germany, and China. His first book, "Land of My Birth" was awarded a literary and cultural award by the Philippine-American Writers and Artists Association. A recognized global scholar, he directed a 35-country study on business and globalization. He is a recipient of three Best Paper Awards in international business conferences, a Teaching Excellence Award, and a Research and Artistic Achievement Award. His articles have appeared in journals such as International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal, Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship, and International Journal of Management among others.
