The content was authentic: very honest with opinions but not imposing. Helpful in gaining insight to why we have these basic instincts and how to live with them in a freeing and controlled way. Definitely for an adult audience. Though it is aimed at men, as a woman listening in I found it helpful to understand men better and to me more compassionate toward them. Also helpful in how I can relate to my teenage son in this area in a helpful and positive way.

This CD is Fantastic! It gives a unique perspective on common attitudes about sex by men. Christopher West is an amazing writer and speaker on the subject of Pope John Paul II "Theology of the Body". With honesty, frankness and through true confessions of his life Christopher relays information about the spirituality of Christian men in today's society. Anyone (male or female) who has or used to have issues with sexual purity in their lives needs to listen to this CD. I intend to have my husband and 3 young adult children (boys 20 and 17 years old, girl 19 years old) to listen to this CD!

Very profound and insightful speaker. Christopher West lives up to his credentials. If one seeks purity in his relationship, this is a great place to start.

Wow! Christopher West really hits the nail on the head with so many issues that many men deal with today. In this talk he speaks about a "battle plan" to help men (and women, yes we have the problem too) win the war again impurity. He's funny and makes many analogies that help to drive home his explanations.
