Any broker who wants to be really good should read this book. There is very limited training for commercial real estate selling and this book fills a big gap.

This book helps you to develop a proven winning mental attitude in selling real estate. It strives to turn you into a competent professional with the right focus, the right attitude and the right purpose when it comes to this demanding profession. This book is very succinct and well written. It does not teach you all the in's and out's of real estate (e.g. investment strategies or about mortgage and financing - you will have to find these out in other books), but it does give you the 'battleplan' and a lot of practical tips and advices on how to sell commmerical real estate. The author's enthusiasm and passion for selling is very evident. His positivity should rub off on all those who read it. Good Luck!

Improve Your Skill Set,

From my experience, broker training differs from firm to firm, but usually brokers have to educate themselves. There are many books written about residential real estate brokerage, but few about commercial real estate brokerage. This is a great book that teaches brokers all the necessary steps required for success in commercial real estate sales.
As a former broker at one of the national brokerage firms, I was always amazed how unprepared new brokers were for the job. They were taught a few tactics and told to get on the phone and meet with clients. I don't understand why so few of them read books such as this one to gain an edge and increase the chances of success. Short on Substance,

Unlike others with favorable reviews, I found this book short on true substance. There was lots of filler, phrases being repeated throughout the book, but it fell short of actually laying out a plan for becoming successful as a commercial realtor. The info made available that was specific to a plan was broad and general, not what a novice needs. If you are seeking a book that provides specifics on launching a successful career then search elsewhere. If you just need a shot of motivational hype, this book will suit you fine.
