This book is simple to read, but is deep enough to cause the reader to have to think. It is not based on what "someone" thinks or feels about the topic. It is based on the Bible and what God has to say about the issue of stubborn habits and those temptations that just won't go away. The information in the book offers real answers and real lasting help to those trapped by habits they want to get rid of, have tried to get rid of and were unable to get rid of.
