Thanks Dr Rodriguez for providing me with some new tools in which to analyze and understand a simply complex game.

I just got done reading your book. I am working to become a coach myself, and am grateful for having your book as a reference. Your section, "Implications for Defenses" in chapter 3 is the same as my view. The final chapter motivated me exponentially! Thank you for writing your book; it is a valuable tool for the game of football and life.

I thought this was a great read. I'm a huge football fan and now I enjoy football in a new and exciting way because I'm able to break down a football team's philosophy. Also there were some life lessons that are transferable in the business world. Thank you.

Excellent, understandable, and informative read providing revolutionary insights to football. A must read for football coaches, fans, and players! Although focused on Texas, the thought process can be easily applied to other high school, college, or professional football. As part of team development, I'd highly recommend coach's have their players read this book. I look forward to applying the thought processes laid out in this book as an avid football fan! Thanks Dr Rodriguez!

Dr. Rodriguez provides a new perspective to the game that has sorely been needed for those of us that wonder why the "better" team (naturally our team) lost. He brings a dimension I've never thought about and is able to quantify the various aspects to a game that seems so simple. As a college football fan, I enjoy the ability to see the game from a very different aspect, yet still enjoy the pureness of the game. While I do not aspire to be a football coach, I am pleasantly surprised at how much more I enjoy the college football season and seeing how Dr. Rodriguez's statistical analysis formulas stack up against the pre-game show paid analysts. Thanks Dr Rodriguez for providing me with some new tools in which to analyze and understand a simply complex game.
