Okay, so you've read everything there is to read about setting goals and achieving them. Not quite. Every essay in this book is a winner, with fresh perspectives and unique insights into motivation, world-class performance and overcoming the obstacles that hold you back from your own Olympic-level gold medal results. I've read it all, written a book myself, and taught others about the subject, but I read this book from cover to cover and underlined every other sentence. You won't read this one in one sitting, but the time you take will be worth it.
