Winning Words is a collection of three volumes of quotes by Allen Klein. Klein is a motivational speaker and author who believes strongly in the way words can influence how we feel mentally, physically, and spiritually.

The three volumes included in this book are:

*The Life-Your-Spirit Quote Book

Each section contains dozens of inspiring, humorous, and thought-provoking quotes that are arranged thematically alphabetically (unusual!). Here are but of few quotes from the book:

If you enjoy collecting quotes or just love to read them, Winning Words is an excellent collection of insight and inspiration.

I found this book in a store one day and took a look a quick look. After I bought it, I looked again and enjoyed it thoroughly. It seemed that I never saw the same quote twice, but that most reflected thoughts I had had before but hadn't put into words. Most important, there are many humorous quotations and I find this to be, at times, a superior way to think and communicate. That is to say, to put serious ideas in a form that others will actually listen to and take in, while not becoming desparate and sad in the process.

I decided I wanted to get a few more copies and had a hard time finding them. As I understand it from the publishing information I found, this book is a compilation of several of the author's books. I was advised it was out of print and so bought the last few I could find through Amazon.com sellers. Since then, I gave a copy to my maid of honor who has three kids and gets a little overwhelmed at times, I gave one to my beloved daughter when she went off to college and told her to sleep with it under her pillow, and I made sure she had it when being a counsellor at a camp living and caring for 12 girls of the same age.

If you get a chance to look at this book, you'll see why I like it. If you are also someone who likes to be reminded of the good things in life, who enjoys wisdom made accessible through humor, and who likes efficiency (why spend the money on several books when you can have several books in one volume?) - this one is for you!

Great book with with smart and funny quotations for any occasion. We like to bring it with us on our long car trips.
