We were looking for a practical, reasonably priced wine rack. We purchased this wine rack and it was exactly what we were looking for. The design is simple but the quality is good and the rack is sturdy. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the wine rack. It was better than described, I was 100 percent satisfied with the product.

Assembly is very easy and its a nice looking rack. I received several compliments on it the first weekend it was up. I recommend this wine rack to anyone.

While putting this together I noticed that one of the attachments for the leg was broken. The packaging on arrival looked fine, it was just a defect in the wood. The member was cut funny and it split along the grain of the wood. I was able to use some wood glue and a clamp to fix it, and now it seems to be holding fine. As long as it holds, it looks great and is a nice addition to my place.

I ordered this wine rack, titled; 28 Bottle Wine Rack in Beechwood by Canon for $59,60. What I received was the Winsome Wine Rack in Natural for $47.81. This is NOT what I ordered. I called the company, Bargain Outfitters and explained what happened. I also asked him why I would be willing to pay more for the same rack. The ANSWER? I WANTED BEECHWOOD!!!! I have oak cabinets and the Natural is just too light. The gentleman that helped me said he saw the mix-up and it indeed was the WRONG rack. He sent me a shipping label to send it back and said they would get another out to me. I asked him how he was sure they wouldn't send the wrong thing again. He assured me he would make VERY SPRCIFIC notes and I would get the correct item. Well, guess what...they sent the incorrect rack again! I am SO frustrated. I called again and they said they would NOT credit my card back until they receive both racks back. So let me get this straight; I order and pay for in good faith, an item that is advertised by Bargain Outfitters, only to NOT have them deliver what I paid for. In addition, they get to keep my money while THEIR mistake is fixed by me? My advice; DO NOT ORDER. Get the Winsome model for less and hopefully a more reputable company that actually CARES about their customers!! All this and it took a month just to get the initial order. SLOW, UNCARING, company! BEWARE!

We really like it. Its the right size for us, we like the fact that its real wood, we like its natural wood finish, it was pretty easy to assemble, it is sturdy, it's well balanced, so its not threatening to fall over, and finally, it was a good value. The price was reasonable. The delivery to Southern California was reasonably prompt, and my wife, a Canadian, likes the fact that the company has a factory in British Columbia.

We purchased this wine rack last year and liked it so much we had to order a second one! They look great side-by-side.

This is a well designed and well made wine rack. It arrived ahead of scheudle, was easy to assemble and is now holding the start of my wine collection. I highly recommend both the wine rack and the seller.

I just put this wine rack together yesterday, and I am happy enough with it. For the price (mine was $58 after shipping), it was definitely worth it, as I couldn't find anything better out there. I would have given 4.5 stars if that was an option.

Assembly - the rack went together fine. The screws went in easily with the hex wrench that came with the rack. The directions were just a picture and no written steps, but since it wasn't a complicated process, they weren't really needed.

Quality - there were a few flaws in the wood. A small gouge in the side, a couple of spots on the curves that were frayed and chipped. The surface of the top of the rack is fine, and it looks good still. The rack feels sturdy.

Functionality - I've filled mine with 22 bottles already and they are staying put. I really like the shelf on top. The rack really maximizes space and holds plenty of bottles. Looks great in the dining room.

Went together without any problems. Looks nice enough to put in a kitchen but mine's in the basement where the temps are more conducive to wine storage.
