This personal Valet looks good but was hard to put together. They provide screws that work with an allen wrench but it doesn't work well and we could not get the screws to go all the way in. The result is that it is wobbly. Good thing we don't have small kids who may grab onto this and pull it down! If we did, it would topple or fall apart immediately.
Product would be better if they provided Phillip's head screws! They provide wood glue, which may hold it together better, but I didn't want to deal with the mess of using it!

I purchased this for my husband.I was tired of his clothing hanging from the door frames. It works well and is sturdy. The only thing I would like to change is the bar for the pants. It would be nice if it opened from the side so the pants could be slid on from the side. That being said, I am pleased with the purchase and if I had to do it over, would purchase this valet again.

A good product and sturdy enough to hold heavy coats, etc. The only problem I could find is that the screws are placed directly into the wood, so I'm afraid they will come loose over time. Still, so far no problem. A very good buy for the price!
