This table came damaged. The top, when assembled at the factory, splintered due to the bolts used to assemble it. However, I called the company and they did send a replacement top. I had to fax the company that makes the table the Amazon receipt - which I printed out from my online account - and the order form that came with the table. Two weeks went by and I had not heard from them. I called to check on the order. It took them two days to find it and then I had to insist on a return call. When their customer service agent called, they had no idea how long it would take or if they could even take care of the order. At that point, I asked for a manager and communication improved. The manager gave me 2 follow up phone calls. I received the table top about 5 - yes FIVE - weeks after faxing my order. Once I received the top, I have enjoyed the table.
