This media/TV stand was purchased for my sister who wanted a corner stand to give her some extra space in her room and this fit the bill perfectly.

The quality of the stand is on par with or slightly better then most other "assembly required" furniture makers. In fact I think I would rank this above Bush and Sauder at this price level.

Assembly was very straight forward and took less then twenty minutes to put together. We only had two issues when putting it together, but it was our fault for not paying close attention to the directions.

Being someone who has an extremely detailed eye and attention to fit and finish, I was really impressed as to how well everything fit together.

Overall I am very impressed with Winsome Wood's quality in assembly required furniture and wouldn't hesitate to order another piece from their line of products.

Pros:
Easy to assemble with minimal tools required (screwdriver).
Came without missing pieces or parts.
When fully assembled it had not gaps or misaligned even the slightest.

Cons:
Could have been packaged a bit more carefully as one of the shelves had a ding in it.

this went together very easily and so far so good. seems sturdy and large enough for a 40" plus tv, just enough shelf space for dvd, wii, dvr, and dvd storage boxes. i like the simplicity of it.

Looks nice, assembly was super easy. Fits a 37" flat screen nicely but wouldn't recommend using it for anything larger than that.

We purchased this for our guest room and we are so happy with this item. It's great quality, looks very modern, and it's sturdy.. I recommend it.

For its price, this tv stand can't be beat. It is very easy to assemble-took me about 15 minutes - and looks fantastic. The brushed metal legs add a good touch, and it all feels very sturdy as it holds about 50-60 lbs ive put on it. The gap between the two slats on the back provide a nice way to keep the wiring in order. I had intended to place this in the corner of my room, as is implied by its design, but at the moment it's up against the wall and looks fine there as well. A great buy.

The instructions took a bit of time to decipher but then assembly was quick - 20 minutes or so

The materials are not the best. One leg stripped on assmbly and other parts are not top notch

But then, "you get what you pay for"

I'm happy with the TV stand now that I'm done assembling it, but two things annoyed me: the instructions are pretty unclear sometimes and the quality isn't outstanding (granted, it's a cheap, assemble-it-yourself stand but I've never seen the head break off a screw before).

Two of the bolts that fit in to connect the back pieces of "wood" broke when we tried to put the unit together. We ended up gluing it together rather than send it back.

In addition, the unit was NOT that easy to put together. None of the pieces were labeled and the directions weren't that good either. It took over an hour. Not sure the winsome wood TV stand is wood. Probably should have bought locally.

i used to own this stand when I was in the army, living in a single barracks room (and they're not that big either) - it was the cheapest one at the px, so i bought it, and it seemed sturdy enough for my 32 inch lcd, since it said on the box it can fit up to a 37 inch. set up was easy, took me about 10-15 min to get it assembled and put my tv on top and put my xbox on the 2nd tier along with some games, and then dvd's on the lower tier.

It's a nice, sturdy unit, and it doesn't sit low like some of the other stands out there do. it's not insanely tall either, it's just right. perfect height, perfect amt of room.

at the time i had it, i could of had more then a few systems stacked on the lower tiers. it's got alot of space. i also loved being able to neatly put my cords and cables thru the back middle wide bar. that was great, and kept them out of the way. (i zip tied some of mine for extra neatness).

I also use to use part of the top tier as like a charging station for stuff like a zune, or cell phone. So it's not really just a tv stand - it can fit alot of stuff on/under it. lots of room, and great price.

I didn't use it as a corner stand though like the other reviewer did. i used it as a regular stand displayed in my room. it was excellent, i had alot of space in my room after i bought this unit.

you won't be disappointed if you buy it. especially if you're a mil member living in the barracks or a small apt/studio apt. great for a dorm room too. it's a nice finish, and looks really great.

The table was easy to put together, is sturdy and looks good. It has lots of room for TV accessories.
