I chose this namely due to all the good reviews here. However this isn't exactly the dream product users claim it to be. Yes, it is solid wood. Yes, it's fairly stable however:

Fire wood is also solid.

The wood for this unit is actually very cheap and looks cheap. Significantly lighter in color than the picture Assembly is not as easy as users make out. You'd need some "flat pack" experience if you want to ensure it's solid enough to trust it to hold your TV. There were also a bunch of preexisting scuffs and scratches in the grain.

This was about $100 when I got it. As the price is dropped it may be better value, but it is certainly no bargain. You can probably find comparable products at local stores for half the price.

I wanted to match existing bed room set... with out paying 250 at the store... I saw this a few other places online, for over 200..was not sure of the grain... but it is an almost perfect match!
easy to put together... I am no handy man... but.. for grins I timed it.. 32 min. from time I took it out of the box till it was in the bed room...
a good buy... and... it is sturdy... I have a 47 inch LCD on it..

This is an attractive piece of furniture, easy to put together and seems solid enough,but don't count on the casters. The wheels on the unit that I have would not hold in place and collapsed with even minimal movement.

Beautiful, solid wood, EASY to assemble (not one of my skill areas) and the wheels roll the unit smoothly. This is the ideal informal storage unit for a small corner. It's holding a 37" old-fashioned TV (not flat) and there's still some extra top surface. The under-shelves accommodate an XBox 360, a Wii, the modem and Airport, with lots of extra room. (Note: the space in the undershelves is just a bit short for the Wii on its end in the stand, with one of those plug-ins on top, but I solved that by having the back of the Wii stick out a bit beyond the back of the unit.) A very well-designed unit. Could be a useful item in an office.

I like the size of this product, fits in my corner well and holds my tv and DVD player. I was disappointed that the middle shelf's wood grain was in the opposite direction of the other 2 shelves.

The table when assembled looks nice. Assembly is also easy. The picture is not very accurate for this table as the wooden caps are glued on the top of a metal screws. There is NO WAY to hide those metal screws with wosden caps and I had to stick many caps 2-3 times. Overall it looks okay but if you are planning to buy something really sturdy, please avoid this.

This product arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. It works perfect in the corner.

Good looking...if you like natural wood finish.
Sturdy...holding 26" JVC Analog TV + Components.
Installing the casters was a little "iffy";
I'm thinking that the weight of the equipment
will help secure its stability. "Rolls" easily enough.

Superb product. Nice and solid, very easy to assemble.
