These are a good value for the price and if you have a Bed bath and beyond nearby you can get them for $25 and they often have 20% off coupons in addition.

Almost a year ago this was given a poor review on Amazon. Wish I had paid attention to it prior to placing my order. In short, I couldn't agree more with that particular consumer. Mine never even made it out of the box. I merely opened the top flap of the box and saw that a large chunk of the wood brace had already broken off. I can't imagine that it would have stood up to suitcases being place on it, etc. for very long. This product was so cheaply made that I don't believe I'll ever be buying any Winsome items.
The good news is that, of course, Amazon did their usual quick refund when I returned it.

I needed a luggage rack for my guest room but didn't want to spend $50 or more for the ones I was finding (I wanted wood, not the ugly metal ones that are cheaper). Then I found this one and it looked good in the pictures - and guess what?! It also looks good when you get it out of the box! The wood is very pretty and it's big enough and sturdy enough to hold the largest of suitcases. When it's not being used as a luggage rack, I put a large wooden tray on it and use it as a small table. Versatile and good looking!

This product came broken because it was mailed without any cushion whatsoever. I am now having to send it back, which is a huge incovenience because the box was in such damaged shape and there were no easy return slips.

The rack is not very sturdy. It works, but don't put a heavy suitcase on it.

Product arrived sooner than promised, and was exactly as advertised. If you need a luggage rack, this is a good choice. Well built, and sturdy.

This luggage rack is very cheaply constructed and looks cheap and id I had known it before I had it shipped to me I never would have bought it.

This item was purchased for our guest room by two curmugeons when it comes to quality. For the price, the construction was quite adequate. It would not, of course, do well with rough or constant use, but for occasional guest use, we'd recommend it.

This was exactly what I was looking for - good wood, sturdy straps yet so much more elegant that a wire rack. I love it!
