Well engineered. Easy to assemble. All parts included plus two extra screws. Highly recommended. You can't buy the lumber for this price. All parts solid wood, no fibre board or cheap panels. The quality of the wood is high grade, great grain, and durable finish.

My daughter has a small kitchen and limited counter space. This set fits perfectly in her kitchen and the kids love pulling out the bar stools and sitting at the table to eat their breakfast or do their homework. Mom can use it for extra counter top or because it is on wheels easily move it to the dining room where it could be used as a buffet when she has extra guests. This is the second table of this kind I have purchased as I have one for myself and sent one to NY for my daughter.
Assembly takes about an hour, and both of us GIRLS put it together with no problems. Has light blond colored wood and 2 little drawers and a towel bar. With light sanding it could be painted if color was not to your liking. Open it is a 30 x 30 table ( I am a sewer so I use it alot for cutting out fabric) and closed it fits nicely up to the wall as a 15 x 30 buffet.
Company was quick to deliver and answered emails promptly when an inquiry was made.
Very pleased and would by from this company again.

Very compact and easy to use and move around in a small area. Chairs don't fit inside too well because of poor wood cutouts. But for this price who can complain. It is real wood not the recycled Ikea stuff so it supports anything I have put on it.

This is my first time ordering furniture online. I chose this little drop leaf table because of the decent reviews, and I'm glad I picked this model. Very substantial piece of furniture- once you put it all together! I am not a "handy" person, and if not for my dad's help, it would have taken me probably 2-3 hours to assemble. With his help, it took a little over an hour. The most time consuming part was having to tighten all screws using the little allen wrench that is included in the package. I had an extra one lying around the house but I wonder if things might've gone fast if we could have used an electric tool.

For those accustomned to the manuals that accompany our fancy electronic gadgetry, be prepared for the one sheet pictoral wonder that is the "manual" for this table. I personally wish all parts had been labeled with stickers but I might also be whining a bit.

The stools are very nice and sturdy and simplicity defined. I leave the drop leaf extended so it is a nice breakfast table for one, or a snack table for parties. The two pull drawers seem a bit extraneous to me, but if you use the table for paying the bills, they are nice for storing paper, envelopes, etc. There's even a bar on the side to hang towels, which I do not do since it looks a bit sloppy, but the bar is there if you need it.

I'm sorry I did not get to the best part until last- the quality of the wood! The package alone weighed 50 pounds, I think, definitely was a struggle carrying it. Call me silly but if this is not real wood, then it is very hig quality imitation. The color is light and matches my cabinets perfectly. Looks like it would be easy to stain or paint darker, too, if you choose.

I RECEIVED THIS ITEM FOR CHRISTMAS AND I LOVE IT. MY KITHCEN IS SUPER SMALL YET IT FIT. IT GIVES ME EXTRA WORK SPACE BUT STILL FOLDS SMALL WHEN NOT IN USE. THE WOOD IS SUPERB. I THOUGHT I MIGHT PAINT IT BEFORE I GOT IT BUT NOW NEVER WOULD THE WOOD IS THAT NICE. THIS IS A GREAT DEAL FOR A GREAT PRICE.I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD FIT A TABLE IN MY KITHCEN -THIS MADE IT POSSIBLE. COMFORTABLE TOO!

For an inexpensive little breakfast bar for very small spaces, this has potential. Unfortunately the drop leaf portion of the table top on the unit we received had a gap along the side between two boards as well as uneven planing on the edge of the defective board. We feel this piece should have been discarded when it was being manufactured, but it wasn't. That said, if you get one that doesn't have a defective piece, it's probably money well spent as overall it feels pretty sturdy.

Overall, this is not a bad little table. It was really easy to assemble, I did it in under an hour. The pieces are real wood, not particle board or anything like that, which is really nice. The table and stools sit a little lower than I anticipated, but it still works for my intended purpose. The leaf part of the table isn't quite as sturdy as I would like, so I wouldn't recommend putting anything too heavy on that side. Overall it works well as a breakfast nook for my small kitchen. This is definitely a good buy if that's what you're after.

This set has saved me a great deal of space in a tiny kitchen. I pull out one of the two small stools, sit down and have my breakfast or lunch when I'm alone. If I had a guest, I could open up the other leaf and we could both sit down. It wouldn't serve for a dinner table, but it certainly helps in the kitchen. And when not using it for a meal, it's great for counter space.

I am a 62 year old woman and being from Vermont I feel self reliant and tackled this myself, declining masculine offers of assistance. Having read "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance", I laid all the pieces out and read the instructions which amounted to obfuscatory scrivenery. The loose assorted metal pieces that first fell from the box that were not listed nor pictured on the "instructions" should have been the neon flashing sign for me to go no further. However, I had decided I was going to do this come what may and I continued. I noticed the bags containing the screws were not sealed. I was missing screws and some screws were not cut out on the top for the included wrench. I continued. I resorted to leather gloves as I sweated and twisted with great effort the screws into misaligned holes. After several hours the table was assemble and was rickety. A friend dropped by and went over each screw to tighten. It was still rickety. There were mars in the wood. The stools were assembled after dinner minus the screws on one. The stools are sturdy. I cannot give this a favorable recommendation and would return if I didn't have to disassemble it. Instead of using it as a work area for crafts, I have simply pushed it under a window and put plants on it. The stools will probably become plant stands.

Overall quality is good, given the cost. The table is nice and sturdy when the leaf isn't propped up. However, the support for the leaf is rather flimsy, so I would be concerned about putting anything heavy on top of it. Because it's too small to be a table (for me) without the leaf, I just use it as a microwave stand. Not what I bought it for, but it works!
