Former Paul McCartney sideman Laurence Juber's seasonal offering "Winter Guitar" is a joy to listen to. The sound is as wonderful as the exquisite arrangements AND lovely originals. If you love the sound of a beautifully played acoustic guitar this should be your gift to yourself this Winter.

This CD (along with the Vince Guaraldi's Charlie Brown Christmas CD) is one of the Holiday season CDs I play most often. It's usually the one I continue to play after Christmas when I've "had enough" of my other Holiday CDs. Makes a great gift. Laurence Juber's guitar playing is incredible. Great production value and simple. It's solo guitar... not over orchestrated and layered with a lot of other instruments that don't need to be there. Just one master of the guitar doing what he does best.

What a nice, non-annoying CD. I just wish it was longer. Well worthwhile for people who can't deal with the mall-type christmas jingles.
