This review is from: Winter Sports 2008: The Ultimate Challenge (Video Game)
I'm well aware that it takes time to master the reactions necessary to do well at a video game. But the difficulty of steering my athlete through the Olympic games was too frustrating for me to have any immediate fun. After your ski-jumper has crashed for the twentieth time, you just stop wanting to play. This problem could have been solved by having an easy mode for beginners, or more detailed instructions about how to control players. This game might have been a realistic depiction of how hard it is to be in the Olympic games, which is admirable veracity, but most people are interested in fun over realism.
