This review is from: Winter Time: Memoirs of a German Sinto who Survived Auschwitz (Paperback)
This is an honest, straight forward description of what is was like to be a Gypsy in Germany during the Nazi persecutions. I highly recommend this book to those interested not only in Gypsies, but in the inhumanity of racist persecution. I recommend this book for young, teenage readers, so that they grow up fighting that type of occurrence in their lifetime. Sonia Meyer
