My husband works outside and this was perfect for him. We had bought the plain cotton ones before, but he likes this one better. I will buy him another one before Christmas. I would not recommend drying in a dryer for they shrink. We made that mistake but were able to stetch back out.

It's not really 'winter weight' or thick in any way.

Order 1 or 2 sizes bigger than you think, my pants would be 32x32, I ordered a medium, it's too small. I will order a large though, since its otherwise a good product.

i have some polypropylene long underwear - top and bottom, and they are about 1/8 inch thick, and they are the warmest i have ever owned or worn. this is not the same. i bought it for my girlfriend, who is always freezing, and while this is a nice union suit - i wanted the 1/8-inch-super-thick-can't-wear-it-while-the-sun-is-shining-or-you'll-roast. they call it 'winter weight,' but it's of a normal thickness for a union suit.
