A very quick read. The style may be old-hat to some of you, but to this reader, it wasn't. Lots of suspense and easy-to-imagine scenery. I found myself pausing often trying to figure out who was telling the truth and who was not. I had high hopes for the ending and was truly surprised by it. I found this suspense novel entertaining and the graphic descriptions in keeping with the story line. |
