My son and I are the authors.
The book has been written by Carl Sommer and Steve Sommer, M.E. The book is now in its third edition. The third edition was published in 1997.

Good, basic overview of the Wire EDM Process
For someone who is just getting started, this book provides an overview of the Wire EDM process. However, if you are past the beginner's stage, this book will not offer much to you.
