Nice blend of projects,

This book has lots of great photos, but just of the finished items. There aren't any photos of the works in progress (thus the 4 star rating). But there are some small sketch renderings of some steps.
The majority of the projects are pretty complex and involved... not many are beginner (in my opinion). If you've ever tried knitting with wire, it isn't easy. So many of these projects would require a LOT of skill. There are 26 projects in all, in the following categories: Simple shapes Folded layers Flower designs tubular knits Flounce and spirals

I bought this book for my husband as he is the knitter. I loved the photos, and I wanted him to knit some of the jewelry. He never knitted before with wire. He was able to pick up the book and follow the directions. One thing I am learning that once you use the wire, you cannot undo it. If you make something and don't like it, don't plan on undoing it and reusing it to make something different. All in all, I think the jewelry is beautiful, but wire is rough and may not be as comfortable.

misprints,

The book is good full of great designs, however there are at least two misprints in this book I have found so far.
page 30 (I increace at end only once on all rows making the counted stitches at end wronge, 6 not 7, 7 not 9, 8 not 11, and the cast off amount of stitches wronge cast off 4 not 7) page 56(I leave out row 8 all together) Well hope this helps if you come accross these troubles, I have only been knitting a few years so am no expert but my alterations work fine and the pieces look like the ones in the photos.
