This does not look like the pictured item.

In the picture from Amazon, this looks like a single piece of plastic with 12 evenly spaced keystone holes.

In fact, what you get a three piece assembly. It's really two 6-port keystones with a common cover plate. This makes them not evenly spaced and bulky.

Well-built, but the faceplate will not accept Leviton banana plug keystone jacks. Since Leviton is one of the main suppliers of jacks, this product isn't that useful.

I installed two of these wall plates this weekend and it worked extremely well. In 2x4 constructed walls with "new construction" low voltage 2-gang boxes from Lowe's and Home Depot, there were no issues other than a tight fit with all of the cables in the wall.

I was pleasantly surprised with the heavy duty construction of this faceplate. My only issue and the reason why it received 4 stars instead of 5... both wall plates only shipped with 2 screws each instead of 4 screws! At the moment I have the the 2 screws in the diagonally opposing corners.
