Wired Visikey Keyboard Large Print Pc and Macintosh

The keyboard was warped when I got it so it rattled when typing. Some reviews I read also had this issue with their keyboards. Also the right leg snapped right off under little to no pressure. Finally Visikey said i would get a full refund including the shipping but only gave me a refund for the keyboard itself. So I had to pay shipping both ways for a defective product.

I purchased a Visikey keyboard in a Staples store less than 2 years ago. I've had HP, Microsoft and Logitech keyboards and I've gone back to a Logitech. I initially liked the Visikey keyboard but that wore off fast (pun intended). The Visikeyboard is a nice design and layout with terrific large "print" labeled keys, but that is the problem, the keys are printed and the print comes off in less than a couple months time. To the company's credit, they were good and fast sending replacement keys but who wants to constantly have to replace keys. I have replaced keys (many of the same ones)a number of times. The other issues I have are the "click clacky" slow response key action and the fact that the "wake" and "power" buttons never worked. The "sleep" button worked fine. I think the basic design and idea for this keyboard are both good but they need to do a good bit of refining and also come up with a better and long lasting print to label the keys. I was amazed last week after hooking up my new Logitech Illuminated keyboard how fast I was able to type again after using the the slower action Visikey keyboard.

For anyone with even a slight vision problem this keyboard is wonderful. The keys are black rather than grey and the letters are large and very white. All keyboards should look like this!
