Create on-the-fly networks between two computers w/ Bluetooth. This simple USB adapter acts as an antenna for your computer, giving it Bluetooth capability.

This bluetooth dongle comes with a full version of BlueSoleil software and drivers. However, the software is not licensed to every type and model of hardware that is capable of using Bluetooth. If the software detects hardware that does not match the license keys it expects, then the software will impose a 5MB data transfer limitation. To overcome that limitation, users must purchase a different version of BlueSoleil software separately. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Maybe it will work for all else, but it sure does not work for Windows 7. It figures because all new computers with Window 7 on it already has a built in bluetooth capability on it. Save your money and don't but this one, unless of course your computer is anything but Windows 7 OS.... Raul from Tacoma

I purchased a cheaper 2 pack of mini Bluetooth USB dongles and they worked very poorly. I decided to step up a little bit to see if I could get a dongle that performed better. Sadly, other than being easier to unplug (the minis got to be a pain) and re-insert... this one fairs no better. My Kensington Slim Blade mouse will "die" all of the sudden and the only remedy is to pull the dongle wait 5 seconds, re-insert, and jiggle the mouse until it comes to life again.

Right, that's just what I want to keep doing all day.

My A2DP headphones connect but suffer a similar fate as the mouse, albeit not as frequently. Try both bluetooth devices, and they both go out to lunch.

Looks like I'm still in the market for a good and cheap bluetooth dongle.
