I ordered two of these USB wireless adapters. The first installed on a Windows 7 32-bit system with good results. I wasn't able to install the second one on a Windows 7 64-bit system. It hung up during install and the only way I could get out was to cut power. After that, Windows would not start normally. I had to do a system recover to an earlier date before I could use the computer again. I went through this twice. The aborted installs left files on my machine that were difficult to remove. My advice: Don't forget to make a system restore point before trying to install one of these things. The one on the 32-bit system is working good at a low price so I don't feel too bad about the whole thing.

I found this product working fine. The only issue I can see is if someone lost the CD we can't get the software downloaded.

this is not good if you have an older operating system such a windows me or 98 like it says in tech details.
