I ordered the Bluetooth VX8560 from amazon through BargainCell, on the 19th of May, I received it on May 22nd, was very impressed with there shipping and even wrote and told them so, my husband was on the road and he was the one I was buying it for, so I waited until he got home to charge it, well when I plugged it in no light came on, 12 hours later I unplugged it, I then sent him, his phone, and his bluetooth to my neice's thinking I was doing something wrong, well no I wasn't it would not work at all, she tried her's and her's worked fine and would hook up to his, so I called BarginCell and told them the problem, they were nice and told me to send it back but I had to pay to have a confirmtion number on it, they told me it may cost up to $2.50 but no more than that, so no problem, well when we took it to the post office it cost $7.50 to ship it with a confirmation number a slight difference there in price, I was told they would be on the look out for it and to call them back and give them the number, after 3 weeks and no Bluetooth I called and oh yes they did find where I had sent it back but no one bothered to send me a new one out...they would get right on that and get it done, it is now 24 days and still nothing yet, so it seems BargainCell does have a problem with sending out replacements, that is not a place that I would like to do business with again because of this problem, if I ever do get a replacement for this piece of junk I bought I will give an update on it. As of right at this minute I am not happy with BargainCell as it has cost me in shipping alone $10.28 (should have been in shipping $2.50) cents, making this item cheaper to buy local.

Total piece of junk! My Samsung Galaxy S II does not find it at all. Really cheap and simply does not work. Do not purchase this at all from this vendor who is not nice.

This bluetooth is cute and fits with most phones and with the little carrying case it makes it so easy to carry along anywhere. I would recommend this item to anyone!! Great buy!
