I ordered this item for a christmas gift. It was advertised as an Iphone 3G ATT compatable bluetooth. It did not work. ATT stated they did not support this device. I lost my money and it was a bad gift choice. I was very disappointed.

I was worried about the price of this product and I was right. It did not work with my phone, nor four other phones that I tried to pair it with. Don't buy it!

The bluetooth did not want to work with my iphone 3g nor with any other phone i tried to pair it with. The bluetooth was made of a cheap material. I contacted the seller and they told me they could not do anything about it so MY MONEY WAS LOST IN THIS ITEM. DONT BUY, GO BUY AN ITEM THAT IS WORTH IT. THANKS

I was about to purchase from this buyer... But read all of the bad reviews! Esp about the item I was about to purchase! The wireless mini bluetooth headset compatible with the iphone!

This company sent me a defective item and which I contacted them the next day by email. I was sent an email yesterday saying that they do not refund for defective items bought, only exchanges. Since I reordered thinking that I would get my money back for this defective on. I paid for the item there is nothing more for them to do but let me return the bluetooth and refund my money that I gave in good faith for a good item.
Amazon needs to make them refund my purchase in full since they are the one's advertising there merchandise. I pray that they do not send me another bad bluetooth. Is Amazon aware of this policy? And why isn't it mentioned in the ordering process?

Ordered three of these headsets recently and, unfortunately, only one worked as advertised out of the box. Two of these units never made it to the "blue" or ready LED indicator after being charged for several hours and did not register on any of the iphones models (2g, 3g, 3gs) we tested them with at our company. After contacting the seller, they simply informed that the product was no longer under warranty (of only 1 month) and that there was nothing they could do to fix or replace the defective headsets. Wish we had paid attention to the many other poor reviews noted on this product and avoided wasting time and $$. Would not recommend this product nor company to anyone!

the ear piece rubber cap does not stay on it good and the charger does not work right

This item is excellent specially the money I spend I recommend to everyone who has i phone 3g thanks.
