Disappointed with the product,

It worked alright the first day. After that, it was all downhill. I can't get anyone to hear me on the thing. I'll receive a call and I can hear the person on the line, but when I talk to them they can't hear me. The other problem is that the device keeps shutting off. It is fully charged, but it still just shuts off. What a big waste of money.
