Bought this for my mom. The earpiece is so tiny and fragile...you have to connect the piece to it thats suppose to go on your ear and its hard to keep on your ear because everything is so thin and light. Don't purchase this, my mom used it once then after that it was trash. I even tried it and you can barely hear the person you are talking to.
