This door chime works well, and it was easy to install on the front glass doors of our office with the provided double-sided tape. It is small and not totally noticeable. It is exactly what we wanted - an alert when the front door was opened. The only issue we have is with the tones. It said it plays something like 17 different chimes. Well, as long as you like ding-dong, or just the one dong, you're all set. The rest of the chimes are elaborate like the Westminster chime. Or, how about the yellow rose of texas, happy birthday, or take me out to the ballgame? Not what I was expecting. I thought it would be different beeps and simple one-note sounds, but not so much. It's not a big deal, there is a one-note chime, so it's not totally annoying. It just would have been nice if the description was more specific - the tones are all listed on the back of the package, so it should have been in the item description.

EATS BATTERIES IN 3 MONTHS AND USES HARD-TO-FIND 6V ALKALINE. STI SHOULD HAVE PUT MORE THOUGHT INTO THIS PRODUCT. ALSO, THE CHIME IS ADEQUATE, BUT COULD BE LOUDER. WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER UNLESS THE BATTERY FEATURE IS IMPROVED. THANK YOU.

This door chime works just as described. I can't see the front door from my office, and this chime alerts me with a pleasant tune everytime somone enters.

This was our third attempt at a door chime for our shop. It was easy to install and easily heard in back office. However it stopped working after second day. Had to get new battery which is not easily found. Took a week to locate one. Installed new battery and it worked two days, then intermittently, then not at all. Putting bells on the door and switching to a baby monitor. Don't waste your money.

I was very pleased with the fact they replaced the one that did not work. Thank you for your customer service.
