This has solved our problem of dropping calls in our home. The only problem that I had was getting the right connections from the base unit to the indoor antenna. I purchased it as a kit but it took over a week to get the right connectors and wire.

I work in a large industrial building that has aluminum siding which prevents cell phone signals from getting inside. My formerly useless cell phone now has full bars!!! I haven't dropped a call or even had a weak signal since it was installed. FANTASTIC PRODUCT.

I mounted the antenna on top of a 30 foot pole. Inside the house I used to get no bars and sometimes just one bar but when I turned the unit on it went all the way to five bars. The only problem I had was a couple of times it didn't seem to work and unplugged it and plugged it back and it worked good again. I don't have 3G in my area but the Internet works good on E.
