Wireless Mouse - Mustang GT Red with White Stripes

First one didn't work. Vendor website Support section pretty much repeated brochure that came with mouse and no reply to e-mail asking for help.

Amazon replaced it with one that worked in time for Christmas. Gift recipient, a Mustang fan, loves it.

Owned well functioning wired Mustang mouse (since my wife a Mustang fan) and decided I wanted wireless one for different computer. Not a high cost mouse so did not expect high level function.

Purchased wireless and immediately noted it did not track well with cursor. Changed batteries, bought solid color mouse pad with no design, downloaded software as instructed to sync with mouse. NO effect.

Sent back to amazon for exchange. Second mouse had same poor tracking of cursor (wife not happy).

Sent second mouse back to Amazon for refund. No problems with Amazon returns

Sent issue to mouse company. Here is email and company response:

Wireless mustang mouse not consistently track cursor.

Exchanged for new one already with same issue.

Changed batteries, turned on button, used on counter top and different mouse pads, ran bind with SunPlus IT, bought new solid color mouse pad with no designs, no effect.

Will return and not exchange.

Too bad, like design of mouse. I do have wired Mustang mouse.

Wow. I've only had that happen once before out of all my exchanges since I started as customer service manager. Talk about the short end of the stick. :/

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue credits for returns, so, although you are welcome to return your mouse without receiving an exchange, I feel sending you one is the best option. Also, as per our return policy, you need an RMA. If you would not mind notifying me of the original RMA number so I can cross reference it to get the information I need that'd be great.

mouse looks really cool but their tech support couldn't ever figure out how to get the usb receiver to work even after sending me two in the mail. It was so frustrating I gave up, it now sits as a paperweight.

Very cool item. Gave it as a Christmas gift and worked for only weeks. Saw other reviews with same issue when I bought it but though I'd give it a try anyway. I hope they will replace it or refund my money as the other reviews indicated they did. I would not suggest anyone else put out good money for this thing unless they like a gamble.

I bought two ...I got nothing but great reviews... they were xmas presents for guys that love toys and have everything and they absolutely loved them...everytime I talked to either they express how much they love them....and they say that the mice work.... just great they love the lights

This Mouse has very easy plug and play setup on Windows XP and Windows 7. It is a close match to my real car and everyone in the office comments on how neat of an accessory it is.

I bought a blue one and it was just fabulous. Great feel, good look, and built exceptionally well!

This mouse looks and feels like a diecast car. It links quickly to the computer and works great. Its nice that you can use it with the lights on or off.

I really like the mustang mouse. It was a breeze to sync to my computer. It is just a fun thing for a mustang lover.

Item came in very quickly and looks great!!! Christmas present for brother, he loved it. It works good as well.
