cordless phones cause a lot of interference,

I bought this, and the image was there, but horizontal lines streaming through, and very poor reception. I called tech support and they asked if I had cordless phones, that cordless phones interfere in this way.
Who doesn't have cordless phones? I had to call for an RMA # and had to pay customs, the shipping was $27.00, US mail because Shop Tronics is in Canada. I was very disappointed with this product. I highly recommend the Lorex hand held monitor/receiver with camera. There's no interference. The camea is a little large, I would rather it worked with a mini pinhole camera but it still does the job. |
