I haven't used this product much. It was a little hard at first to insert the connection end to the phone. The sound was not very clear. The product serves its purpose, allowing to you be hand free.

This worked really great until after only a very short time the part that plugs into the phone broke. It would not get a good connection so you would have to hold it in tight defeating the purpose of the handsfree.
