Works *exactly* as advertised. Note that it's only 1" wide and *is* 60" long so you do get the full five feet. Good solid plastic material and seems like a quality product.
> Setup: One 52" Sony XBR LCD hanging on the wall. Wall mount has the lower base of the TV about 40" off the ground. All my compenents are installed in a media center that is about 20" high. > I had one monster HDMI cable, one Sony XBR LCD power cord, 5 Bose speaker wires. > Material needed - hacksaw > I needed two runs since all these cables will not fit into one slot. > 22" for each run and I used the other 6" for covering one front speaker wire from the side to the back of the LCD. > Use a *sharp* hacksaw to make your cuts. > Run 1: HDMI plus 2 speaker wires; Run 2: power cord plus 3 speaker wires. > Insert cables into wiremold track; snap together and put up against wall - do not take off adhesive strip at this point. > Use a level and mark where you will install it. > Remember to extend the molding at least 1" at each end to make sure the wires are well hiden. I went 2". > Install the two runs side by side which makes it look like one run. > Peel off backing, line your molding to your markings and apply pressure for each run. > Looks great. > Total time - 10 minutes > DONE

I ran my 4 separate monster xp speaker wires along where the ceiling and the wall meet. Then I put my crown moulding over it. It help keep everything together and made it easy to put up 5.25 inch moulding over it without the wires all over the place! In one direction there are 4 wires that fit nice in the channel and in the other direction I ran the CAT5e, Coaxial Cable and Phone line to the dining area. Very easy to use and cut. I also used all the corner pieces and then the three way channel to bring the wires down into a small hole in the drywall and out behind the cabinet so I didn't have to see anything and not one dryawall repair needed. Nice stuff.

Installed a home theater system. This size can hold a speaker wire, coax, and phone. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not 5 is because when you screw up and need to put another wire they are difficult to pull back open. Think ahead.

Never comes off,
This review is from: Wiremold C50 White Cordmate II 5-Foot Wire Channel, (Tools & Home Improvement)
Depending on who you are this is either a really, really good thing or a really, really bad thing. The adhesives on these are those foam stick strips with super-strong adhesive. These are NEVER coming off once you put them on, without damaging whatever they are glued to. I'm not sure why the adhesive is so strong on these.
I accidentally misaligned one of the railways and it only touched the baseboard for a second, but it left behind glue and if it was on any longer I'm sure it would have pulled up the paint. It was on there HARD. RENTERS BEWARE. You're losing your security deposit if you use these.

The product is as advertised. Easy to install and no need to use any hardware (srews). The tape is very sticky and works great and the product takes paint very well. Looks professional. My only gripe is that it was delivered in a long box and the box was bent in two places causing the strip itself to kink in those areas. Fortunately, I only needed about 3 feet so I had enough to do my particular job. The rest of it I had to discard. Otherwise a good product at a fair price.

Works as designed,

I used these (although purchased at BestBuy), together with the Wiremold White Cordmate Cord Channel, White #C10 smaller version, to route speaker wire for my surround system. This wider version is easier to use than the smaller version - although both have their benefits.
I did not use the connectors provided in the ket, as the ends line up pretty well without it. I did not paint them, as it matched my molding well enough. For this wider version, you can stick it on the wall with the opening exposed, run the wires through while its open, then snap it closed easily. With the smaller version, its easier to run the wire through it before you stick it the wall, and I was never actually able to get them to snapped closed. But this didn't really cause a problem as the opening doesn't really show, and I also have them hidden behind my curtains. I was able to get two 16 guage speaker wires into one of the smaller version, but just barely. In the wider version I put the two speaker wires, as well as another thin wire, and there is still room for at least one more wire. All-in-all, a very easy product to use and much better than routing wires through the walls!!

very easy to install, I didn't bother to paint this wasn't necessary, used it to conceal a coaxial cable running from the outlet to my TV. Easy to cut with a hack saw as I did with the coordmate II kit.

Looks better than wires hanging down the wall from my surround sound speakers but still isn't attractive.
