I was a bit hesitant in eating this cheese because I couldn't quite grasp why anyone would marry these flavors together but once I had some, it is the absolute BEST tasting cheese ever! It had pieces of walnuts and the taste was incredibly smooth. I am totally hooked on this cheese and would not hesitate in recommending this cheese to anyone. It's delicious! You have got to try this!
