The Silly Yak Bakery is great! Such fresh tasting goodies that most celiacs never get. It is a great alternative to having to buy bulk ingredients and slaving in the kitchen making huge batches of something that we want just enough for one or two sittings. Also it gives the variety that you can't get making it yourself unless you make 10 different recipes. We will definitely order again. Shipping was actually very good as we live in a remote area and being baked on a Sunday we received it on a Wednesday.

I have tried so many gluten- free baked products, always hoping to find items which approximate

non- GF in texture and flavor. These are tolerable but not great. Nevertheless, I am grateful that this company attempts to meet the needs of the GF market.

So far the best I have found are products from a company called Pamela's. Their cookies are fabulous. Other mixes must be baked at home but are worth the effort.

I was excited to try some gluten-free baked items that were reminiscent of my old favorites, but these were disappointing. Everything was very dry, and the pancake mix was awful.

We had a package of baked goods delivered to Grandma and Grandpa's house when we went across country for a visit. So great to have GF goodies waiting for us when we arrived! My kids and I loved these!! Great flavor and texture.

Hubbie is a celia patient. He is miserable without his bread products. When he got this package in the mail, it was like he had a new lease on life. I gave it 4 stars because he didn't care for the bread or toast in the package. But everything else met the smile test.
