Each chicken roulade starts with moist, tender breast meat formed into a roll and then delicately stuffed with a classic filling of whole, sweetened cranberries blended with tasty sage-flavored bread stuffing, weighing approximately 2 1/2 pounds each. Enjoy these two roulades for a tasty gourmet meal or send them as a gift for a holiday or special occasion. The Nueske Chicken Breast Roulade is easy to prepare.
