Excellent Read For Any Athlete, Coach, And Parent,

I am a Pastor who also is a former three sport athlete including wrestling. This book speaks on the level of cheating, pursuit of excellence, leadership, spirituality, and coaching. This book is very inspirational with many real life application. It is a pretty fast read and well worth it.

Jose Campo is not just a wrestling coach, but someone who builds character in all of his athletes and supports them long after they are done hitting the mats as a Sundevil. I had the honor of attending an alumni/current wrestler event at his school, and it brought tears to my eyes to see the family that he has fostered over the years and the number of wrestlers who come back year after year (many with their own families!) to be a part of the loving legacy created by Coach Campo. This book is an inspiration and shows a picture of what high school sports should be.
