Editorial Reviews

Review

I enjoyed this book thoroughly as it reaches out and connects with readers in its simplicity. The important messages God is trying to convey reach across to us, and the views of readers on religion and spirituality are made clearer through the dialogue between Tom and his Guru. The author's thoughts are insightful and profound, and the book reveals his spiritual wisdom and his personal growth. The book also throws light on the Spirit, non-attachment, spiritual wisdom, and many more topics that will make us ponder and look within.

By Smudger "Spirituality" (Citizen of the world) - See all my reviewsThis review is from: Wisdom on How to Live Life (Book 4): Transforming Earth into Heaven (Kindle Edition)
This book is the fourth in the wisdom series by this author. It is written in dialogue form between student Tommy and Guru Harry and there is a certain amount of overlap with the previous books, but this is not a problem because it only serves to reinforce the important message the author is getting across. In this case the fundamental differences between spirituality and religion are written in such detail there can be no misunderstanding and will no doubt cause upset to many people who practices their religious worship without really thinking about what they are doing. Clearly, this author is a deep thinker and his message will challenge all the traditionalists and not before time. It is not too stretched to say that if the writings in the four book series are followed then our thinking will take a turn for the better and our happiness increased; the only people who will not be pleased are those whose livelihoods depend on maintaining the status quo.
I hope that many people of faith will buy these books and hopefully change the way they think about God and become more tolerant of others who do not necessarily have the same beliefs. Refreshing!

Format: Paperback
The fourth book in the series discusses 38 topics ranging from spirituality, being humane and creating 'a good society'.
Conversations that are particularly insightful include the purpose of the ego, and why life should not be simply about making a living.
