This is a fine basic introduction for someone who wants to know what the Kabbalah is about, and the role it plays in our lives. The first video is very informative as far as letting the viewer know just where the Kabbalah came from. The rest of the set is a taped classroom lecture, easily viewable over a number of days, or even weeks. This allows the viewer the opportunity to digest each tape before continuing. The closing song at the end of each tape says it all!
